Ally Accessibility Research Presented at 2023 ASHE Conference

The 2023 Annual Conference of the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) will feature a presentation on an innovative campus-wide accessibility implementation project by Dr. Stephanie W. Cawthon and her students and colleagues. 

“Connecting the Dots: Community Engagement in the Implementation of the Ally Accessibility Platform” will be presented on Friday, November 17, in the Students with Disabilities and Avenues for Greater Access track of the conference. 

Cawthon is the lead author and is joined by her co-authors: 

  • Alumna Gayathri Ramesh, MSIS ‘23 

  • Doctoral student Ryan Mata

  • Doctoral student Desirée Lama

  • UT Austin colleagues Mario Guerra (Education Technologies Senior Manager) and Jeffrey Freels (Director of Academic Policy and Research)
